Is this only for women?

Yes our main focus is providing women with a safe networking environment. However, three times a year we open our doors to men so our members, attendees and guests can bring their male partners, colleagues, friends and fellow investors.

What if I can’t make an event?

Attendance at the FPA is not compulsory, you attend the events you can. Remember that we record every event and you can purchase these videos on pre-order immediately after the event (see our Products page) and they are automatically sent to you when they are ready.
If you have bought your ticket and cannot attend, although we have a no refund policy we might be able to offer a suggestion. Please contact us at info@smartcorewealth.com prior to the event you have booked.

Where are the events held?

All events are held at the same venue in London:
Doubletree Hilton – London Victoria, 2 Bridge Place, London, SW1V 1QA (Google map link)
Best access from public transport is via the exit next to platform 1 of Victoria mainline station, from here the hotel is just opposite. If you are driving, the hotel does not have a car park but on-street parking can be found in neighbouring streets. Please ensure you read the parking signs before parking. The FPA is not responsible for parking fees, fines or penalty charges incurred.

When do the events take place?

Our events are always held on the third Tuesday of every month, so it’s nice and easy to remember when to book yourself out to attend.

What time are the events?

Our networking starts at 18:30, and the event is usually over by 21:30. Our FPA Annual Members can attend from 18:00 to network with the speakers and organisers.

I don't own any property nor am I involved in property investing yet, is it worth me coming?

Yes, very much so. If you have an interest in property investing or just want to dispel some fears you have around it, then the FPA is the right environment for you. There is always a wealth of knowledge in the room. Attending and networking provides an insight into how others have done it and what they are doing now. It helps those new to property investing to see how there are so many ways they can get involved depending on their own personal situation.

I have been property investing for a long time, will I learn anything?

There is always something to learn and especially from the expert speakers we have each month. We encourage those who have been property investing for some time to come with an open mind and a willingness to share their experiences and challenges with those attendees who are newer to property investing. This is what creates such a collaborative and sharing group.

If I come along to an event once, how many events will I be committed to attending?

This is not like other formal networking clubs, as there is no commitment to have to attend a certain number of events or bring new people. You can attend as many or as few events as you like depending on your availability.

How much are the tickets?

We have a standard pricing for our tickets which is all done through our event links to Eventbrite. Tickets are £31.81 (cost £25.00 + VAT £5.30 + fees £1.51).

What does the ticket price include?

Your ticket fee covers your entry to the event, a drink (wine/beer or soft drink) and nibbles.

Do you offer Membership and for how much?
